Remove iStash and micro-usb from the box. Remove the lid of the iStash by depressing the lower sides of the lid, rotating counter clockwise. Align threads and turn clockwise until lid skips and make clicking sound to reattach lid. You will recognize the standard child safe lid clicking sound.
Rotate the lid of the iStash to align the micro-usb charging port.
Insert micro-usb charging port into iStash and plug opposite end into the power source. Charge iStash for at least 6 hours prior to use. When iStash is plugged in a solid red light will shine. When iStash is fully charged the light will turn solid green.

Open the iStash app. Select iStash/Disconnect button
Depress the top of the iStash lid in the middle for five seconds. Red and green alternating lights show iStash is ready to pair. On the iStash app select your iStash as it appears under Available Devices.
App will show iStash as connected and green light will flash verifying the bluetooth connection. Press “Stop Search” and return to the home screen.
To operate the iStash, close the lid as instructed. It is recommended that users incorporate a humidity control pack with an RH of 62%. Depress the “on” button on the app and the iStash will vacuum seal. The vacuum pump will operate for approximately 30 seconds.
To unseal the iStash press the “off” button on the app and the vacuum seal will be released. You will hear the sound of the air leaving the iStash.
When use is complete or the iStash remains in use and not under pressure for over 5 minutes, it is recommended that the iStash be disconnected from bluetooth to preserve battery life.
To unpair the iStash, open the iStash app and press the iStash/Connected icon, identify the connected iStash and swipe left to expose disconnect and delete button. Depress delete button and then depress “Stop Search” button. Istash will blink red and green as it looks for the bluetooth connection. Within 2 minutes the iStash will automatically shut off.
To clean the iStash use rubbing alcohol and cotton balls. For the under lid area, use a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol.
